My name is Heather Perkins, full-time Realtor with Libertas Real Estate. My real estate career began in 2008, in the Quad-City area of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt and Chino Valley. I worked transactions from single family homes to multi-family dwellings to large land/custom built homes which dealt with water well systems, septic systems and surveys. Since moving back to Phoenix where I grew up, I’ve been busy with traditional transactions and the fix and flip industry.
